Be Mobile Labs provides software development, automation, marketing, branding, and related digital
solutions. Specific service details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in project agreements,
proposals, or statements of work (SOW).
– Provide accurate, complete, and timely information for project execution.
– Respond to communication promptly to avoid project delays.
– Ensure any third-party assets (logos, images, content, etc.) provided do not infringe on any rights.
– Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement or invoice.
– Late payments may result in suspension of services.
– All amounts are in USD unless otherwise specified.
– Payment processing fees, bank charges, and currency conversion costs are the client’s responsibility.
– All payments made for services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
in a signed agreement.
– If a client initiates a credit card chargeback, bank dispute, or payment reversal without our written consent:
– The client shall be liable for the disputed amount plus a liquidated damages penalty of $50,000 USD.
– This penalty is agreed upon as a genuine pre-estimate of losses that would be difficult to calculate at the time of breach and is not a punitive measure.
– The penalty shall be enforceable as a contractual debt in any competent court or arbitration panel, domestically or internationally.
– The penalty is immediately due upon the initiation of a chargeback and will accrue interest at the statutory rate until paid in full.

3. Recover all legal costs, attorney’s fees, and collection expenses.
– In the rare event we approve a refund, it will be processed within 14-30 business days.
All intellectual property created by Be Mobile Labs remains our property until full payment is received.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

– Project Information: Any content or materials provided for project execution.
